How does it all work?

1. We provide you with a personalised version of the disk based tutorial (http://www.holi-swaps.com/download.htm ). This is the key to getting new business. We host this on our site and you simply promote downloads.  The more of these you can get downloaded and passed on (it's a freeware product) the better for us both.

2. We provide you with a personalised sub-domain for which you can develop ideas to provide local tourist information. This domain hosts all the listings (current and future) for your territory. To see an example visit http://www.holi-swaps.com/uk

3. There are backup autoresponders like mailto:article@holi-swaps.com which can provide support to you and the press, radio and TV media in your country as well as presspack@holi-swaps.com

There are some new plans in hand to produce monthly printed versions of Holi-Swaps listings for the vast number of non- internet users.  This is a key feature for the local (country/state-based) partners. Commission fees for this side are considerable.

How much can I earn?

This varies with the effort put in.  You get 45% of the fees paid for listings or newsletter subscriptions. These are annual fees and you get the same commission on renewal as long as you are still active as our partner.

To avoid any time wasters and ensure commitment, there is an initial 12 months trial period after which you will have an option to "buy" the marketing rights to your territory for £1,000 UK ($1,700 US approx.). Initially you will be required to pay 10% (£100 UK) and 20% commission is retained towards the option fee. The remaining 25% commission is paid out monthly. You must pay the deposit by credit or charge card.  This is also the way you get paid too - via credits to your card each month.

Since there are members joining regularly already in your prospective territory you are virtually guaranteed commission income from month one and with a healthy 45% rate you can soon get your investment back and be on the road to regular commissions each month for many, many years to come.

Who is a typical, ideal partner?

Someone, perhaps a couple, who is/are interested in home exchange and perhaps who have done it. Working part-time from home they will be busy making the news media aware of both Holi-Swaps and the benefits of home exchange by press and news releases.

Stimulated by articles in newspapers and magazines people will contact the partner (telephone and answering service essential) and an info-pack will be sent out. The partner may carry out other promotional activities based on existing experience and contacts.
